We make two types of fudge the Traditional Devonshire Creamy style and the more contemporary Crumbly Tablet (whose origins trace back to Scotland, however it is growing in popularity here in the South), whatever your preference be assured that it is genuinely made, by hand, in copper pans over a hot flame using pure cane sugar and clotted cream. Left to set naturally overnight to help give it the perfect texture and colour.
